Covid-19 Statement

Covid19 - Temporary amendment to our booking conditions

As at 05 August 2020

The Scottish Government has today reintroduced extra lockdown measures in the City of Aberdeen for a period of 7 days in response to a cluster of Covid cases. This does not affect us in Moray however the advice is not to visit Aberdeen for the time being. We will continue to monitor the situation and update if necessary.

As at 04 July 2020.

We are delighted that in line with Scottish Government guidelines we are now able to reopen. We have all industry standard cleaning protocols in place to make guests stays as safe as possible. The temporary amendment to our booking conditions will be left in place until the end of August after which our standard booking terms & conditions will apply.

I’m due to arrive at a property in the next few weeks, can I get a refund?

For bookings starting after 1st July 2020, our standard terms and conditions apply regarding refunds.

I'm due to pay my final balance what should I do?

For holidays due to commence from 1st July to 31st August - If you are due to pay your final balance we will extend the due date to 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. We will email guests who this change applies to with further information.

For holidays due to commence after 31st August - We hope that you will be able to go on holiday as normal during this time. However, we are continuing to monitor government guidance and will review our policies in line with this at least every 3 weeks.

If the government impose travel restrictions for the period you wish to go on holiday, we will work to get to a suitable resolution at the right time.
