The Scottish Government has today announced that the Level 4 stay at home restrictions will be extended to the end of February at least.
We have taken the decision to close our accommodation until 28th March.

The Scottish Government has today announced that the Level 4 stay at home restrictions will be extended to mid February.
We have taken the decision to close our accommodation except for very limited permitted circumstances until the 28th February.
As at 4th January 2021
From Tuesday 5 January, mainland Scotland will move from Level 4 to a temporary Lockdown, with new guidance to stay at home except for essential purposes.
This means that our cottages will remain closed except for very limited circumstances until the end of January.

From Wednesday 23rd September the Scottish Government has introduced further measures to try and limit the spread of coronavirus. The new restrictions mean that people from different households will no longer be able to meet indoors.
From Friday 25 September, people from more than one household (or extended household) must not stay in self-catered accommodation together while the current restrictions on indoor private gatherings are in place.

From Friday (14 August), it will be mandatory for pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants and other indoor hospitality venues to collect customer details to allow contact tracing.
Moray Speyside Check & Protect is a FREE application which allows businesses to securely check in their customers and collect data in line with official guidelines to support the Scottish Government Test & Protect Programme.

The Scottish Government has today reintroduced extra lockdown measures in the City of Aberdeen for a period of 7 days in response to a cluster of Covid cases. This does not affect us in Moray however the advice is not to visit Aberdeen for the time being. We will continue to monitor the situation and update if necessary.

We are delighted that in line with Scottish Government guidelines we are now able to reopen. We have all industry standard cleaning protocols in place to make guests stays as safe as possible. The temporary amendment to our booking conditions will be left in place until the end of August after which our standard booking terms & conditions will apply.

I’m due to arrive at a property in the next few weeks, can I get a refund?
For bookings starting after 1st July 2020, our standard terms and conditions apply regarding refunds.
I'm due to pay my final balance what should I do?
For holidays due to commence from 1st July to 31st August - If you are due to pay your final balance we will extend the due date to 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. We will email guests who this change applies to with further information.
For holidays due to commence after 31st August - We hope that you will be able to go on holiday as normal during this time. However, we are continuing to monitor government guidance and will review our policies in line with this at least every 3 weeks.
If the government impose travel restrictions for the period you wish to go on holiday, we will work to get to a suitable resolution at the right time.
