Getting to the North of Scotland has never be easier (or cheaper) with a host of budget airlines flying to Inverness airport which is approx 30 miles away. As an alternative Aberdeen airport is also only 1.5 hours drive away.
For those travelling by train the nearest stations are at Forres and Elgin both approx. 10 miles away from Burghead on the main Inverness - Aberdeen route.
